Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of FFE Event Studio and the planning, coordination and design services provided by Fairytale Frith Events ("we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the client portal or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and are contracting with Fairytale Frith Events. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are agreeing as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

The service

We provide event planning, coordination and 3D event design services, together with an online platform where you can review proposals, sign agreements, make payments, complete questionnaires, approve designs and track your event. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own event or business within the plan or package you have purchased.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe or interfere with the security of the service, or scrape it; or
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the platform.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display it solely to provide the service and deliver your event. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload. If a rights holder contacts us at hello@fairytalefrith.com we will review and may remove content, and we may suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the platform, its software, documentation, design assets, templates and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you.

Payment and subscription terms

Fairytale Frith Events is the seller of record for all orders and handles all billing questions, cancellations and refunds directly. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe under Stripe’s consumer terms; we never see or store your full card details. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Recurring plans renew automatically at the stated frequency until cancelled. Event service packages may be billed as a retainer plus scheduled instalments, as set out in the proposal you approve.

Service level and warranties

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, access ends and you may request an export of your event data within 30 days, after which we may delete it in line with our Privacy Notice.

General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fairytale Frith Events is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here.
