Refund Policy

Fairytale Frith Events offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@fairytalefrith.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We review every request and confirm the outcome by email, normally within two business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to show the credit. Refunds are returned through Stripe, our payment processor, to the card or account originally charged.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. A renewal charged within the last 30 days is covered by the guarantee above.

Event service packages

For bespoke event planning and design engagements, the retainer secures your date and reserves our team's capacity. Within the 30-day guarantee window above, the retainer is refundable on request. After that window, instalments already invoiced for work performed and third-party costs we have committed on your behalf are not refundable, and any remaining scheduled instalments are cancelled. Your signed proposal sets out the specific schedule for your event.
